Brand Concept
Silver Spoon Attire is about being comfortable, fabrics that are usually reserved for the more casual styles are manipulated to be structured and tailored garments that can go from the Sofa to the Hottest Restaurant or from a Downtown Club to Killer House Party and back again, without ever looking out of place.
The melting pot of London, people coming together from different cultural backgrounds, some from real money, some of perceived wealth, the local community and the out of town creative kids coming together to form one big sub culture, mixed from all their individual influences all combine to make Silver Spoon what it is.
Spring Summer 2009
Our Spring Summer 2009 collection is really exciting for us. The inspiration comes from a twisted version of the movies Talented Mr Ripley and Y Tu Mama Tambien.
In the SSA version our two guys and their lady, travel from Italy to Mexico and take a boat ride through the floating flower gardens of Mexico City, whilst partaking in smoking opium and lounging in Mexican Architect Barragan’s amazing sculptural spaces.
This is our largest collection, and we have once again focused on combining super soft Leather and Suede into structured yet wearable garments.
